ANONE (Cyclohexanone)

CAS:18-94-1

 

Characteristics: Colorless oily liquid, with an odor similar to peppermint oil and acetone, turning to yellow color after staying for a long time. Miscible with most organic solvents.

 

Uses: Solvent, preparation of adipic acid, cyclohexanone resin, caprolactam, nylon 6

IPA (Isopropanol)

CAS:67-63-0

 

Characteristics: Colorless and odorous flammable liquid, miscible with water, alcohol, ether and chloroform. It can dissolve ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl butyral, various oils, alkaloids, gums and natural resins. Unlike ethanol or methanol, it is insoluble in saline solutions

 

Uses: Coating, solvent or cleaner for industrial processes (e.g. cleaning impurities on semiconductor wafers), pharmaceutical Uses, chemical intermediates, raw material for converting to acetone, household use and personal care products, gasoline additive

Acetone (DMK)

CAS:67-64-1

 

Characteristics: Colorless transparent liquid at room temperature, volatile and flammable, with aromatic odor. Miscible with water, methanol, ethanol, ether, chloroform and pyridine, an important volatile organic solvent which can dissolve oil, fat, resin and rubber as well as cellulose acetate and cellulose nitrate.

 

Uses: Remover for nail polish, paint thinner, organic solvent for medicines, paints, plastics, gunpowder, resins, rubber, photographic film, etc. Production of plastics, fibers, pharmaceuticals and other chemicals

PM (Propylene glycol monomethyl ether )

CAS:107-98-2

 

Characteristics: Transparent liquid with weak ether odor, soluble in water, methanol, and ethanol, low toxicity, with good solubility due to ether and hydroxyl groups in its structure.

 

Uses: Diluent for wood inks, cleaning agent for electronics, antifreezing agent, dispersing agent

PMA (Propylene glycol monomethyl ether Acetate)

CAS:108-65-6

 

Characteristics: Colorless hygroscopic liquid with special odor, a non-polluting solvent with multi-functional groups. Flammable and may form explosive vapor/air mixtures at temperature above 42 C.

 

Uses: Solvent for ink , paints, textile dyes, textile oils, cleaning agent in LCD production

DMC (Dimethyl carbonate)

CAS:616-38-6

 

Characteristics: Organic compound which can be regarded as the dimethyl ester of carbonic acid. Flammable clear liquid, boiling point 90 C, insoluble in water, can be used as methylating agent. Compared to other methylating reagents such as methyl iodide and dimethyl sulfate, dimethyl carbonate is less toxic and biodegradable.

 

Uses: Solvent for inks and paints, detergent, surfactant, gasoline additive, medicine, and pesticide

NMP (N-Methylpyrrolidone)

CAS:872-50-4

 

Characteristics: Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid, high hygroscopic, miscible with water and most organic solvents such as ethanol, ether, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, and benzene. Chemically stable, but its lactam ring will be broken when exposed to acid or alkali.

 

Uses: petrochemicals, pesticides, medicines, electronic materials, desulfurization of syngas, recovery and refinement of acetylene, extraction of olefins, polymerization of insoluble engineering plastics, lithium battery processing

GBL (gamma-Butyrolactone)

CAS:96-48-0

 

Characteristics: Hygroscopic, colorless oily liquid, with weak characteristic odor and soluble in water.

 

Uses: Common solvent and reagent, aromatic, detergent, remover for cyanoacrylate and paints, solvent for some liquid aluminum electrolytic capacitors. In the manufacture of lithium batteries, GBL is used as a special solution for lithium ions

DEF (N,N-DIETHYLFORMAMIDE)

CAS:617-54-8

 

Characteristics: Low toxicity, alternative to DMF, DMAC, NMF, compliant with EU REACH RoHS, good solubility, high boiling point, stable, solvent for high temperature resistant resins, less hygroscopic.

 

Uses: Solvent for polyurethanes and paints, detergent for inks and electronics, it is widely used in different areas such as lithium batteries, fiber manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, pesticides

SMA (Styrene Maleic Anhydride)

CAS:26762-29-8

 

Characteristics: It is a colorless liquid with a characteristic odor. It can be used as a solvent and serves as an intermediate in organic synthesis. It can participate in various chemical reactions, such as hydrogenation and oxidation reactions. Styrene and maleic anhydride undergo copolymerization through free radical polymerization or addition polymerization methods under appropriate temperature and catalyst conditions.

 

Uses: It is primarily used in the production of ABS, polymer modifiers, and other materials due to its excellent mechanical properties. It is used as a component in coatings and inks, providing chemical resistance and adhesion. It also serves as a thickening agent and emulsifier in cosmetics.

Electronic-grade phosphoric acid

CAS:7664-38-2

Characteristics: It is a high-purity phosphoric acid, appearing as a colorless transparent liquid or solid, and is corrosive. The purity of electronic-grade phosphoric acid is typically above 99.999% to meet the stringent requirements of the electronics industry.

 

Uses:It is mainly used as an etchant and cleaning agent for semiconductor materials and thin films, as well as in electroplating processes. It is also used as a chemical in the photolithography process and in the surface treatment of wafers.

Electronic-grade acetic acid

CAS:64-19-7

 

Characteristics: It is a colorless liquid with a strong vinegar odor and is corrosive. It is completely soluble in water, forming a strongly acidic solution, and is miscible with many organic solvents.

 

Uses: It is mainly used as a solvent, cleaning agent, and reagent in semiconductor manufacturing processes. It is also applied in processes such as photolithography and chemical vapor deposition.

Electronic-grade cyclopentanone

CAS:120-92-1
